SportRyderRentals.com Revamps Web Site for Easy Online Motorcycle Rentals

Sport Ryder Rentals of Southlake in the Dallas/ Fort Worth metroplex, has completely revamped their Web site to allow for easy online reservation of motorcycles and a better overall user experience. You can see it at: http://www.SportRyderRentals.com.



"Our new Web site has been a lot of work, but we are finally happy that our new website is up and running," says Charles McMurray, owner, "Our customers should be able to search our selection of sportbikes and sport-tourers for a motorcycle rental to fit their exact needs."



User interface tests were performed to find issues with their site. Then, changes were made to improve the user experience. Some changes are simple, such as putting a phone number on each page. Other changes include a quick reservation system so that customers can quickly select a motorcycle rental of their choice, a simpler reservation process, and information pages on every rental motorcycle.



The new "Store News" section will allow Sport Ryder Rentals to communicate with the public and allow the public to give them feedback. By knowing what motorcycle rentals customers want, Sport Ryder Rentals hopes to better be able to add new rental sportbikes to cater to those requests.



Riders expressed a need for online ride maps for the DFW area as well as the state of Texas. To meet this need, Sport Ryder Rentals incorporated online ride maps good for novice and experienced motorcycle riders. Another request which was given by the staff of Sport Ryder Rentals was to have an easy to read list of frequently asked questions to better help people understand the basics of the motorcycle rental process.



Sport Ryder Rentals is a rental company of sport, sport tourer and dual use motorcycles in the Dallas - Fort Worth Metro area, and one of the few sport motorcycle rental companies in the United States. They provide motorcycle rentals for customers who need a bike for a day to several weeks. Liability insurance as well as helmet, jacket and gloves are provided with every rental.
