Two new senior beauty strategists will help TBC manage further growth.
Lindsey Simpson has been hired as TBC'ss consumer branding associate. Simpson is a former global skin care product development executive at Estee Lauder, where she was a project leader
for a number of successful product launches, responsible for all skin care product re-formulations, and researched and tracked new products, technologies and formulas for many lines. She
also served in the marketing department at Lauder'ss North American Fragrance department, and was a makeup artist in the spa industry. Simpson earned a B.A. in psychology and business
administration from the University of Miami.
Khadeja Salley has joined TBC as director of consumer insights and strategy. Salley is a seasoned beauty executive, having served as a brand director for Intelligent Beauty, global
marketing director for DuWop Cosmetics, senior global marketing director for Coty Beauty Lancaster, and as a marketing manager at Groupe Clarins. Salley earned her bachelors degree in
journalism/public relations from the University of Texas, and a master'ss degree in education from New York University.
