Network Marketers of the World Unite in the Quest to Empower Lives

QuestNet (www.quest.net), a global leader within the USD $111 billion network marketing and direct selling industry, cemented its resolve to empower lives and strengthened its commitment to achieve success through ethical business practices by attending the 13th Annual WFDSA World Congress in Singapore.

Joined by some of the world'ss most inspirational and experienced network marketing experts, QuestNet (www.quest.net) representatives showed strong support of the congress theme of 'sEmpowering Lives Globally's; a theme very familiar to QuestNet and much akin to the company'ss own business philosophy of Raise Yourself To Help Mankind (RYTHM),

Organised by the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations, an internationally recognised Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), and held in Singapore from 8-10 October 2008, the focus of the congress addressed two main topics. The importance of ethical marketing was stressed, and the future of network marketing was defined as combining direct selling with a retail distribution model. Both these subjects are very topical for QuestNet (www.quest.net) and have timely relevance given that the global network marketing company has recently revitalised its ethical marketing initiatives and is about to launch QShoppe, a new concept that combines retail distribution with direct selling.

Nobel Prize Laureate Muhammad Yunus - founder of the Grameen Bank that developed the concept of micro-credit loans without collateral to assist the poor and poverty-stricken - was the keynote speaker at the world congress. Avon Chairman and CEO Andrea Jung, Natura President and CEO Alessandro Carlucci, Oriflame President and CEO Magnus Brannstrom, and Nu Skin President and CEO Truman Hunt, also addressed the audience.
