NACT Telecommunications (www.nact.com), a local firm based out of Provo, Utah, has gained momentum this week with the launch of its revised business plan heading into 2009. The revised business plan will focus on excellence in product, service and vision. NACT has formed a strategic alliance with Phoenicia Communications, Inc., going on its third year, by building a NACT super platform designed to provide a total managed services solution. Jay Ajaltouni, President of Phoenicia Communications, Inc., confirms their global strategic alliance with NACT, after a very successful track record with the massive platform deployed in Irvine, California, over the last two years. Phoenicia occupies a telecom facility with multiple fiber redundancy at the OC-48 level, along with IP backbones at multiple GigE'ss capacity that is also fully redundant with back-up power.

NACT will strengthen its current operating team by adding resources in Irvine, California, the United Kingdom and Beirut, Lebanon. The Beirut facility will provide 25 employees; including Certified Telecommunication Engineers, Advanced Database Developers and Quality Assurance personnel, as well as an advanced Customer Service Support team. NACT is also looking into the expansion of a Research and Development center in Beirut, along with a new additional manufacturing facility.

As the initial step to improve customer service the Network Operating Center within NACT is scheduled to become operational 24/7 in the immediate future. An advanced laboratory for Research and Development is currently being constructed in Irvine, California, which will house the latest NACT technology along with cutting edge components for the high-tech engineers of NACT to utilize in completing the final stages of our latest product, set to hit the market in January 2009.
