June 8, 2005 -- Rdean Development Group announced their intent to market and license a new voice identification product today that was originally created by the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology for the private use by the Department of Defense. Unique to the commercial market, RDean's team expects to heighten the standard of security, fraud prevention as well
individual identification.
RDean's licensed software program is unique, as it is the only text independent voice software system, created to be a voice identifier. As of today, the best voice recognition programs
are less than 49% accurate for identifying individuals, and require a password. With RDean's software program, the user can say any combination of words and in real time this voice
program will identify the authenticity of the user (with 99.4% accuracy). This program may also be utilized to search a database of multiple users to identify which individual is
speaking.
RDean Development Founder Roger Lindsey states,"if you compareour technology even the best method of fingerprinting, which is only 98.6%* accurate on a single fingerprint, our software is
second to none for efficiently identifying individuals."
RDean's licensed code can be integrated into a wide variety of platforms, including but not limited to, servers, desktops, laptops, P.B.X systems, cell phones, smart cards and palm
pilots. This extensive implementation allows for broader market reach than one might think for this Pacific Northwest based group, enabling RDean to license and sell direct without any
foreseen competition.
