Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 98.436%

San Diego, CA August 3, 2006 -- For this report made on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2006, Busi-Bee.com took 18408 samples from the websites of Cisco Systems, Apple Computer, Lucent, LookSmart, Amazon.com and Microsoft during the entire day of Tuesday, August 1st, 2006, and analyzed the data to compile the following results in order of best QoS to worse, precluded by an overall summary as follows;



Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Cisco Systems provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while Microsoft had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 98.436%



Cisco Systems has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 11am with minimum and average latencies of 0.055936 and 0.171807 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 7am with latencies of 5.056633 and 0.266460 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.171 with a mean latency of 0.061 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Apple Computer has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 11pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.044992 and 0.175146 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 7pm with latencies of 5.308478 and 0.291237 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.177 with a mean latency of 0.069 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Lucent has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.913%. The best response hour was at 10am with minimum and average latencies of 0.080007 and 0.431194 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 11pm with latencies of 15.165407 and 0.824989 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.515 with a mean latency of 0.234 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



LookSmart has provided their site users with what we deem as very good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 98.873%. The best response hour was at 4am with minimum and average latencies of 0.080231 and 0.669265 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 1pm with latencies of 20.958143 (we consider this unreachable) and 1.501503 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.747 with a mean latency of 0.452 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Amazon.com has provided their site users with what we deem as very good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 98.869%. The best response hour was at 6pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.034038 and 1.341011 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 6pm with latencies of 9.109138 and 1.341011 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.666 with a mean latency of 0.382 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Microsoft has provided their site users with what we deem as very good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 98.436%. The best response hour was at 3am with minimum and average latencies of 0.017178 and 0.370823 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 7pm with latencies of 21.299988 (we consider this unreachable) and 1.073163 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.425 with a mean latency of 0.451 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
