For this report made on Friday, September 15th, 2006, Busi-Bee.com took 18380 samples from the websites of Amazon.com Google, Yahoo, CNET Networks, Cisco Systems, and Lucent during the entire day of Thursday, September 14th, 2006, and analyzed the data to compile the following results in order of best QoS to worse, precluded by an overall summary as follows;



Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Amazon.com provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 99.913%, while Lucent had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 92.000%



Amazon.com has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.913%. The best response hour was at 3pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.080780 and 0.909885 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 7pm with latencies of 7.182443 and 1.117716 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.949 with a mean latency of 0.135 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Google has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.913%. The best response hour was at 6pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.044475 and 0.156264 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 7pm with latencies of 6.103910 and 0.331787 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.165 with a mean latency of 0.107 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Yahoo has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.913%. The best response hour was at 12pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.060422 and 0.136824 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 12am with latencies of 7.576235 and 0.291797 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.170 with a mean latency of 0.083 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



CNET Networks has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.304%. The best response hour was at 3am with minimum and average latencies of 0.080353 and 0.369961 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 9pm with latencies of 9.358824 and 1.189153 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.532 with a mean latency of 0.554 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Cisco Systems has provided their site users with what we deem as very good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 98.685%. The best response hour was at 5pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.054139 and 0.212127 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 8am with latencies of 29.385543 (we consider this unreachable) and 0.807682 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.399 with a mean latency of 0.638 seconds, we consider this good site delivery consistency for the day.



Lucent has provided their site users with what we deem as reasonable quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 92.000%. The best response hour was at 7am with minimum and average latencies of 0.080329 and 1.468262 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 1pm with latencies of 33.677992 (we consider this unreachable) and 2.685582 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 2.017 with a mean latency of 0.662 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
