Best Buy, and Amazon.com during the entire day of Sunday, August 6th, 2006, and analyzed the data to compile the following results in order of best QoS to worse, precluded by an overall
summary as follows;

end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while Amazon.com had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 98.087%
Lucent has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 10am with minimum
and average latencies of 0.080123 and 0.587314 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 8pm with latencies of 5.674647 and 1.246863 seconds. The average latency for the day is about
0.652 with a mean latency of 0.411 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Cisco Systems has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 7pm with
minimum and average latencies of 0.057896 and 0.487482 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 5pm with latencies of 5.160969 and 0.671746 seconds. The average latency for the day
is about 0.279 with a mean latency of 0.270 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Blockbuster has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 10pm with
minimum and average latencies of 0.060396 and 0.581802 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 5pm with latencies of 5.879088 and 0.610157 seconds. The average latency for the day
is about 0.319 with a mean latency of 0.362 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
CNET Networks has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.566%. The best response hour was at 3pm with
minimum and average latencies of 0.080170 and 0.535667 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 6pm with latencies of 10.331242 and 1.175136 seconds. The average latency for the day
is about 0.613 with a mean latency of 0.549 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Best Buy has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.479%. The best response hour was at 8am with minimum
and average latencies of 0.052371 and 0.483741 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 5am with latencies of 30.516815 (we consider this unreachable) and 1.497396 seconds. The
average latency for the day is about 0.626 with a mean latency of 0.555 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Amazon.com has provided their site users with what we deem as very good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 98.087%. The best response hour was at 1pm with
minimum and average latencies of 0.079882 and 0.721757 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 7pm with latencies of 8.480284 and 1.359313 seconds. The average latency for the day
is about 0.893 with a mean latency of 0.407 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
