Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Blockbuster (NYSE: BBI) provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 99.826%, while Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 95.109%

San Diego, CA July 30, 2006 -- For this report made on Saturday, July 29th, 2006, Busi-Bee.com took 18347 samples from the websites of Blockbuster, Lucent, M-Wave, CNET Networks, Alcatel, and Amazon.com during the entire day of Friday, July 28th, 2006, and analyzed the data to compile the following results in order of best QoS to worse, precluded by an overall summary as follows;



Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Blockbuster provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 99.826%, while Amazon.com had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 95.109%



Blockbuster has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.826%. The best response hour was at 4pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.059893 and 0.229074 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 2pm with latencies of 15.205119 and 1.606012 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.501 with a mean latency of 0.734 seconds, we consider this very good site delivery consistency for the day.



Lucent has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.825%. The best response hour was at 1pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.080126 and 1.835671 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 2pm with latencies of 15.517666 and 1.609031 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.767 with a mean latency of 0.762 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



M-Wave has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.739%. The best response hour was at 12am with minimum and average latencies of 0.068964 and 0.237995 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 7pm with latencies of 6.035148 and 0.276870 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.449 with a mean latency of 0.576 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



CNET Networks has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.039%. The best response hour was at 10pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.080353 and 0.708706 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 1pm with latencies of 15.355362 and 1.929585 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 1.018 with a mean latency of 0.672 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Alcatel has provided their site users with what we deem as pretty good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 95.271%. The best response hour was at 11pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.080323 and 0.503298 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 9am with latencies of 16.243932 and 1.579910 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 1.073 with a mean latency of 0.890 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Amazon.com has provided their site users with what we deem as pretty good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 95.109%. The best response hour was at 4am with minimum and average latencies of 0.080472 and 0.860818 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 9am with latencies of 25.076196 (we consider this unreachable) and 1.680136 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 1.067 with a mean latency of 0.780 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
