and CNET Networks during the entire day of Saturday, October 7th, 2006, and analyzed the data to compile the following results in order of best QoS to worse, precluded by an overall
summary as follows;

end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while CNET Networks had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 77.448%
M-Wave has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 4pm with minimum
and average latencies of 0.075161 and 0.314582 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 5pm with latencies of 5.087810 and 0.311829 seconds. The average latency for the day is about
0.253 with a mean latency of 0.063 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Overstock.com has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 3am with
minimum and average latencies of 0.080379 and 0.533382 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 6am with latencies of 3.913302 and 0.727298 seconds. The average latency for the day
is about 0.580 with a mean latency of 0.142 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Google has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 7pm with minimum
and average latencies of 0.045054 and 0.184650 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 5am with latencies of 4.578815 and 0.234751 seconds. The average latency for the day is about
0.153 with a mean latency of 0.056 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.

and average latencies of 0.000545 and 0.153570 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 3pm with latencies of 6.005248 and 0.360764 seconds. The average latency for the day is about
0.210 with a mean latency of 0.107 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Lucent has provided their site users with what we deem as good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 94.318%. The best response hour was at 3am with minimum and
average latencies of 0.080309 and 2.694131 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 8am with latencies of 224.923849 (we consider this unreachable) and 6.111598 seconds. The average
latency for the day is about 2.144 with a mean latency of 2.358 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
CNET Networks has provided their site users with what we deem as unreasonable quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 77.448%. The best response hour was at 8am with
