San Diego, CA August 2, 2006 -- For this report made on Tuesday, August 1st, 2006, Busi-Bee.com took 18397 samples from the websites of Cisco Systems, Blockbuster, M-Wave, Best Buy,
Amazon.com and CNET Networks during the entire day of Monday, July 31st, 2006, and analyzed the data to compile the following results in order of best QoS to worse, precluded by an
overall summary as follows;

their end users with a ranking of 99.913%, while CNET Networks had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 98.259%
Cisco Systems has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.913%. The best response hour was at 9pm with
minimum and average latencies of 0.055698 and 0.299459 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 7am with latencies of 6.027541 and 0.272195 seconds. The average latency for the day
is about 0.189 with a mean latency of 0.120 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Blockbuster has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.913%. The best response hour was at 9am with
minimum and average latencies of 0.060109 and 0.136653 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 7am with latencies of 10.030764 and 0.349959 seconds. The average latency for the day
is about 0.227 with a mean latency of 0.164 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
M-Wave has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.913%. The best response hour was at 12am with minimum
and average latencies of 0.079143 and 0.157290 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 9pm with latencies of 5.395117 and 0.339351 seconds. The average latency for the day is about
0.245 with a mean latency of 0.094 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Best Buy has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.564%. The best response hour was at 3am with minimum
and average latencies of 0.033935 and 0.457129 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 1pm with latencies of 18.981152 and 0.926531 seconds. The average latency for the day is
about 0.546 with a mean latency of 0.277 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
Amazon.com has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.218%. The best response hour was at 3am with
minimum and average latencies of 0.017501 and 0.605413 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 9am with latencies of 6.421229 and 0.701231 seconds. The average latency for the day
is about 0.680 with a mean latency of 0.174 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.
CNET Networks has provided their site users with what we deem as very good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 98.259%. The best response hour was at 10am with
