Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that M-Wave (NASDAQ: MWAV) provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while Lucent (NYSE: LU) had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 92.783%.

M-Wave has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 6am with minimum and average latencies of 0.079925 and 0.178487 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 1pm with latencies of 4.810894 and 0.286168 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.268 with a mean latency of 0.099 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Microsoft has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 11pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.052523 and 0.198104 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 1pm with latencies of 3.257313 and 0.286297 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.241 with a mean latency of 0.066 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Google has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 12pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.044452 and 0.138677 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 5pm with latencies of 5.324908 and 0.257108 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.157 with a mean latency of 0.068 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Overstock.com has provided their site users with what we deem as very good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 98.697%. The best response hour was at 12am with minimum and average latencies of 0.080065 and 8.445139 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 11pm with latencies of 197.848715 (we consider this unreachable) and 4.652296 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 2.921 with a mean latency of 4.304 seconds, we consider this very good site delivery consistency for the day.



LookSmart has provided their site users with what we deem as good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 94.517%. The best response hour was at 1pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.080186 and 3.767578 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 3pm with latencies of 105.681119 (we consider this unreachable) and 6.332790 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 1.825 with a mean latency of 4.081 seconds, we consider this bad site delivery consistency for the day. This is usually the result of some server down time within the day.



Lucent has provided their site users with what we deem as reasonable quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 92.783%.
