Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Apple Computer (NASDAQ: AAPL) provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while Alcatel (NYSE: ALA) had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 95.812%.

San Diego, CA August 5, 2006 -- For this report made on Friday, August 4th, 2006, Busi-Bee.com took 18332 samples from the websites of Apple Computer, Yahoo, Cisco Systems, Best Buy, M-Wave, and Alcatel during the entire day of Thursday, August 3rd, 2006, and analyzed the data to compile the following results in order of best QoS to worse, precluded by an overall summary as follows;



Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Apple Computer provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while Alcatel had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 95.812%



Apple Computer has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 3am with minimum and average latencies of 0.044032 and 0.189962 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 5pm with latencies of 5.644613 and 0.282162 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.206 with a mean latency of 0.126 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Yahoo has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 11pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.063394 and 0.096472 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 5pm with latencies of 5.091388 and 0.213425 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.126 with a mean latency of 0.083 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Cisco Systems has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.913%. The best response hour was at 2pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.057664 and 0.160687 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 3pm with latencies of 10.107231 and 0.393896 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.195 with a mean latency of 0.127 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Best Buy has provided their site users with what we deem as very good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 98.865%. The best response hour was at 9am with minimum and average latencies of 0.014108 and 0.427023 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 12pm with latencies of 30.286593 (we consider this unreachable) and 1.190255 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.615 with a mean latency of 0.408 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



M-Wave has provided their site users with what we deem as very good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 98.344%. The best response hour was at 9am with minimum and average latencies of 0.076317 and 0.150105 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 6pm with latencies of 6.888455 and 0.392885 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.314 with a mean latency of 0.775 seconds, we consider this bad site delivery consistency for the day. This is usually the result of some server down time within the day.



Alcatel has provided their site users with what we deem as pretty good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 95.812%. The best response hour was at 10am with minimum and average latencies of 0.080355 and 0.600026 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 3pm with latencies of 56.989489 (we consider this unreachable) and 2.618211 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.632 with a mean latency of 1.187 seconds, we consider this slightly erratic site delivery consistency for the day.
