Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Lucent (NYSE: LU) provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 95.026%

San Diego, CA August 6, 2006 -- For this report made on Saturday, August 5th, 2006, Busi-Bee.com took 18327 samples from the websites of Lucent, Cisco Systems, M-Wave, LookSmart, Best Buy, and Amazon.com during the entire day of Friday, August 4th, 2006, and analyzed the data to compile the following results in order of best QoS to worse, precluded by an overall summary as follows;



Through complex analysis, Busi-Bee.com (http://www.busi-bee.com/) has found that Lucent provided the best overall quality of service (QoS) to their end users with a ranking of 100.000%, while Amazon.com had the lowest ranking relative to the companies referenced in this study with 95.026%



Lucent has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 11am with minimum and average latencies of 0.080395 and 1.203137 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 2pm with latencies of 5.700546 and 1.764232 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.697 with a mean latency of 0.719 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Cisco Systems has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 2am with minimum and average latencies of 0.057080 and 0.350785 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 12pm with latencies of 5.143900 and 0.918920 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.436 with a mean latency of 0.459 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



M-Wave has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 100.000%. The best response hour was at 12am with minimum and average latencies of 0.077120 and 0.204297 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 2pm with latencies of 5.585622 and 1.304344 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.465 with a mean latency of 0.573 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.

Best Buy has provided their site users with what we deem as excellent quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 99.038%. The best response hour was at 11pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.080456 and 0.533718 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 4pm with latencies of 18.173598 and 1.065587 seconds. The average latency for the day is about 0.780 with a mean latency of 0.594 seconds, we consider this excellent site delivery consistency for the day.



Amazon.com has provided their site users with what we deem as pretty good quality of service yesterday, with an overall QoS ranking of 95.026%. The best response hour was at 4pm with minimum and average latencies of 0.063817 and 0.763058 seconds respectively, and the worse hour being 9am with latencies of 120.178077 (we consider this unreachable) and 3.758553 seconds.
