Joel Bennett'ss 30-year history as a ceramic artist has led to the creation of beautiful and unique works in utilitarian stoneware and porcelain; raku fired ware, sculptural tile work,
wall pieces, and burnished pit-fired ceramics. His work has been recognized around the world. In addition to numerous events across the United States, Joel has participated in events in
France, Vietnam, El Salvador, Argentina, and Cuba. Joel also shares his love of his art through his teaching of ceramics at Santa Rosa Junior College in his native Sonoma County,
California, for the past 20 years, and has been active in the community as an artist-in-residence, art educator, and workshop instructor.
As a professional artist it'ss important to have your work be seen by as many potential buyers as possible. TradeCrossing has given me the opportunity to make my pieces available to a
wider audience on the Web, said Mr. Bennett. They'sve work with me on marketing my work and providing ways to communicate with customers more effectively.
We are excited to have Joel presenting his works on the TradeCrossing.com site, said Praveen Sood, President of TradeCrossing, Artists of his level provide our customers with beautiful
and unique pieces that can become a focal point in the home. Our goal has always been to work with artists and works that people can make a part of their everyday lives and are real
alternatives to mass produced items when you want to give a gift, decorate your home, or just purchase items for yourself. Mr. Bennett'ss works are a great example of items that fit that
new way of looking at artisan work.
